CINCINNATI, OH – Santa Maria Community Services, Inc. is pleased to announce it has been awarded a grant from Greater Cincinnati Foundation and United Way of Greater Cincinnati. The grant is for $35,000 from the COVID-19 Regional Response Fund. Grant funds will be used to provide relief with rent and utilities for families the agency serves.
Due to the unprecedented impact of COVID-19 on families, individuals, and community organizations in our region, the COVID-19 REGIONAL RESPONSE FUND has been intentionally designed to be responsive and flexible to address community needs as they change and evolve.
“In these extraordinarily difficult times brought about by COVID-19, the families Santa Maria serves are dependent upon the generosity of grants provided by organizations such as Greater Cincinnati Foundation and United Way of Greater Cincinnati as well as donations from individuals who continue to support our mission to be a catalyst and advocate for Greater Price Hill families to attain their educational, financial, and health goals,” said H.A.
