East Price Hill Office Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Full-Time EPH Office Coordinator to help support our mission. The position pays $22.74 per hour

EPH Office Coordinator Position Overview: Responsible for welcoming visitors to EPH and ensuring a positive first impression for all guests. Supports the building by handling administrative tasks, coordination of facility needs at 3301 Warsaw (pest control, HVAC, cleaning, etc.). coordinating and managing referrals with external partners and providing direct service and resource connections to clients. Provides support to the receptionist and students as needed by greeting guests and ensuring welcoming shared spaces. Maintain working knowledge of SMCS programs to successfully navigate connections and resources. Adhere to agency policy, procedures, and the professional code of ethics. Seek relevant training opportunities for professional growth and development. Participate in regular staff meetings, staff training programs, and supervisory sessions. Satisfactorily complete any other special assignments as requested by the supervisor. 

EPH Office Coordinator Requirements: Excellent technology skills, knowledge of, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems logically and methodically. Excellent organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail. Ability to work well independently or in a group of peers, supervisors, and external providers. Demonstrate strong teamwork and interpersonal skills that are strength-based and trauma-responsive. Respect for ethics and confidentiality. Ability to work in a variety of settings with culturally diverse families and communities. 

EPH Office Coordinator Education and Minimum Qualifications: One year of related service. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

EPH Office Coordinator Preferred Experience and Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field. Spanish language fluency

Youth Development Education Facilitator

We are currently looking for a Full-Time Youth Development Education Facilitator to help support our mission. The position pays $21.03 per hour

Youth Development Education Facilitator Position Overview: Facilitate three essential components of the Youth Development Program, including social-emotional groups in schools, and after-school and summer programming. Recruit, engage, and retain youth in all aspects of the program. Facilitate youth activities and community events that are consistent with meeting grant and organizational outcomes. Record progress towards goals and attendance in all required databases. Conduct and administer screenings, assessments, and other measurement tools based on program requirements. Adhere to agency policy, procedures, and the professional code of ethics. Seek relevant training opportunities for professional growth and development. Participate in regular staff meetings, staff training programs, and supervisory sessions. Satisfactorily complete any other special assignments as requested by the supervisor
